Biography
Miles is recognized as a Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) from the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) since 2019. She was accepted and completed the UconnecT cohort in 2020, and continues her leadership and professional development journey with ASAP, IAAP, and other administrative professional organizations.
