Curriculum
Requirements:
A minimum of four graduate courses are required for the certificate:
- NURS 674 – Educational Principles and Strategies for Healthcare Professionals (3 credit hours)
- NURS 675 – Teaching Practicum for Healthcare Professionals (3 credit hours)
- Must be coordinated with Nursing Education Certificate Coordinator prior to registration
- CEHHS Course(s) – Minimum of 6 credit hours, must be selected in consultation with assigned certificate program advisor
Total credit hours may vary based on the student’s academic record, experiences, and objectives. Students must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours.
