Biography

Lou Blair is a personable, data-driven student affairs professional with experience across academic advising, transfer advising, orientation, and admissions. Ey joined the College of Nursing in 2024 and have worked in student services since 2018. Lou holds a B.A. in Linguistics from Western Washington University and is passionate about orientation advising and procedural follow-through.

Lou serves as the Admissions Specialist for the College of Nursing. In this role, ey manage applications for CON’s undergraduate transfer programs, serve as the subject matter expert for the NursingCAS application system, and maintain strong relationships with partners such as the Transfer Center.

Outside of work, Lou enjoys reading and writing fantasy, learning languages, swimming, and going on road trips with eir partner.

Elizabeth has a decade of experience in public education. After ten years in the classroom, she transitioned into higher education and has spent the past year working in medical student services.

Kelly has a professional background in education, finance, and financial aid. She is currently enrolled as a graduate student here at the University pursuing a degree in educational psychology.
