The College of Nursing building task force (Diane Carr, Molly Minninger, Rachael Hodges, Laura Crowe, Mary Miles, and Lindsay Burke-Melton) created an interactive one page PDF for Phase II. It has useful information regarding returning to work during Phase II. Click below to access it.

Interactive PDF for Phase II

The task force is also hard at work printing and placing signage and marking spaces to adhere to social distancing guidelines in the non-registrar owned spaces of the buildings.  As a reminder, the building remains locked during phase II, so if you are unsure if you have access, please send me an email.  Also, prior to coming back to campus, you must complete the Canvas return to work training module and each day you go to campus you must submit a daily self-check (information on the attached flier).

Ii is highly recommended that you download the University of Tennessee App.  On the faculty and staff tab, you can access the daily self screen app and you can also access the digital ID feature (if you have an updated Iphone6 or greater, your phone and/or watch can be used to access the building if you have swipe access in lieu of your id card).

If anyone has questions regarding Phase II or anything else, please contact Lindsay via email, , or call or text at 865-405-8107.

Equipment Checkout Forms – 3/23/2020

CON IT is trying to keep track of items that have been taken home to use during this time. This is done using an Equipment Checkout Form. You should receive an email from or if you have items with this form filled out asking you to sign. If you took home IT related items (Mouse, Keyboard, Scanner, Monitors, etc) and do not think either Damion or Andi know please send them an email listing the item or a form filled out with the relevant information.

Building Access – 3/23/2020

Building Access Restricted as of Monday March 23rd. All exterior doors on campus will be locked 24/7. A vast majority of campus buildings have at least one exterior card access door. Academic building card readers will accept any valid (current) Faculty/Staff ID card for entry. Non-academic buildings should rely on current access lists. Note- existing access lists and schedules will not be affected- only the addition of Faculty/Staff during business hours will be added.
