Biography
Virginia Fowler earned her Masters in Public Affairs from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC. Additionally, she received a BA in Spanish and Minor in Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University.
Virginia Fowler is the Coordinator for the Center for Nursing Practice at the University of Tennessee, College of Nursing. She is the grant administrator for the proliferation of nurse-led care, administrative support for the continuing education program, and the administrative support for the Precious Prints Project. She serves on the Practice Strategic Planning Committee.
Additionally, Virginia Fowler serves as the secretary for the Committee on America’s Poor Health and Poverty and serves as a community member on the Humana Lifestyle and Culture Committee.
