Erin Morgan earned her MSN with FNP concentration from The University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 2006. She received her initial BSN in nursing from Harding University in Arkansas. Currently she is finishing her Doctorate of Nursing practice at East Tennessee State University.
Erin Morgan teaches in the undergraduate and graduate programs at the University of Tennessee, College of Nursing. Her areas of interest in teaching include assessment to undergraduate and graduate students as well as the practice and skill of the nurse practitioner role. She serves on the admissions committee.
Her research interests include nurse led translation of evidenced based interventions into practice and respiratory care of patients in primary care. Additionally, Erin Morgan serves as the secretary for the local District 2 chapter of the Tennessee Nurses Association.
