Andi Damewood

Dr. Damewood earned a Ph.D. in Adult Education and a M.S. in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Additionally, she received a B.S. in Biology from Furman University in Greenville, SC.

Dr. Damewood is currently the Director of Technology at the University of Tennessee, College of Nursing. Her areas of interest in teaching and research are simulation education, learning environments, educational technology, and qualitative assessment of student learning experiences. She has worked for the university in a variety of technology-related roles since 1998.

Additionally, Dr. Damewood is a peer reviewer for the journal Tech Trends. She also volunteers her time (and dog) with the Human Animal Bond in Tennessee (HABIT) group on campus.
