Biography
Victoria Meloy is an experienced nurse and educator with a diverse background in business and healthcare. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1991, she began her career with a unique opportunity as an English Conversation teacher in Japan from 1992-1993. This experience sparked her passion for teaching, leading her to pursue a nursing degree upon returning to the U.S. Relocating to Tennessee, she began working at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, where her interest in nursing education grew as she worked closely with nursing students. This led her to earn a Master’s in Nursing Education from East Tennessee State University. Victoria’s dedication to both patient care and teaching has been recognized with the prestigious Daisy Award in 2013 and the Excellence in Clinical Teaching Award in 2018.
