Rachel Sherry

Biography

Rachel Sherry is a full-time Clinical Instructor at her alma mater the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She graduated with her BSN in 2019 and moved to Atlanta, Georgia- where she began her career at WellStar Kennestone Hospital. While taking on her early career, Sherry initiated her MSN- Forensics through Xavier University. In the summer of 2020, she began working travel crisis COVID-19 contracts through the Southeast and Midwest United States. Sherry began teaching LPN students in Manhattan, Kansas while working part-time as a Forensic Assault Examiner. Once back in Knoxville later that year, Sherry started working at UT, celebrating her first year with an award recognizing excellence in clinical instruction. She is a student in the DNP-PMHNP program while enjoying life with her significant other, Steven, and their dog, two cats, and rabbit.
