Biography
Jackie earned a Bachelor of Social Science Education from the University Of North Florida (UNF). She got her start as a student worker at UNF in the office of Academic Affairs. From there she transitioned to the department of Clinical & Applied Movement Sciences, where she served for six years as the Program Coordinator for Athletic Training, Exercise Science, and Physical Therapy. While working full-time, Jackie completed her Masters of Educational Leadership from UNF, and moving over into the Advising office for the Brooks College of Health.
Jackie has over ten years of higher education experience and is an active member of the Global Community for Academic Advising, also known as the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA). She is active in the health professions and adult learner subcommittees.
Jackie focuses her attention now on the traditional and accelerated bachelor’s degree programs at UT. In addition to advising and admissions for both programs, she leads our student ambassador program in the college.
