Take Scholarship to the Next Level in the Nursing Honors Program at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville
The University of Tennessee’s Nursing Honors Program is a collection of academically enhanced nursing seminars, courses, and a scholarly project. The program is designed to create an intellectual adventure and enhance the educational experience of high achieving undergraduate nursing majors.
The collaborative relationships with nursing faculty, the academically-enhanced nursing courses, and small-group seminars provide students with opportunities to develop a scholarly project and disseminate the findings at university, regional, and national forums. The program provides a strong foundation for baccalaureate students planning to pursue graduate education. The honors program complements the Chancellor’s Honors and Haslam Scholars programs.
